Dawson Rose
Member
Dawson Rose has been immersed in the world of construction from a remarkably young age, fueled by a passion that began when he was just three years old. Riding along with his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father to various job sites, Dawson was introduced early to the intricacies of the industry. By the age of eight, he was already operating equipment, earning the respect of his crew members and quickly mastering a range of machinery.
At just 14 years old, Dawson achieved a significant milestone by obtaining his MS Roadway certification, making him the youngest ever to receive this qualification in North Carolina. This early accomplishment underscored his deep commitment and talent in the field.
Driven by a lifelong dream to own and operate his own paving business, Dawson took a bold step at the age of 18, founding CD Rose Construction, LLC. His entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering determination have been the cornerstone of the company’s growth and success. Today, Dawson oversees critical aspects of the business, including fleet purchases, hiring, equipment and truck maintenance, and daily field operations.
With a blend of early experience, formal training, and relentless dedication, Dawson Rose continues to lead CD Rose Construction with a vision grounded in family tradition and a commitment to excellence.
Stephanie Rose
Managing Member
Stephanie Rose is the driving force behind the back office at C D Rose Construction. She expertly manages key tasks such as handling project documents, overseeing financial records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. With her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy, Stephanie helps keep the team organized and focused on delivering exceptional construction projects. Her vital behind-the-scenes work ensures that operations run smoothly, supporting the overall success of C D Rose Construction.
Charles “Chip” Rose
Chief Operations Officer
Charles “Chip” Rose is a seasoned professional in the asphalt paving industry, with a career spanning over three decades. As a third-generation paver, Chip’s introduction to the field came at a young age, immersed in the family business that laid the foundation for his expertise.
Chip’s journey began working in the family-owned paving company, where he honed his skills and gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry. His dedication and hard work led him to the role of Operations Manager, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, the company flourished until its sale, at which point Chip facilitated a smooth transition to the new owners.
In March 2023, Chip joined CD Rose, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the paving industry. At CD Rose, he oversees all aspects of bidding, project management, scheduling, and field operations. His hands-on approach and strategic oversight ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
With a career rooted in tradition and driven by a passion for excellence, Chip Rose continues to contribute to the success of CD Rose, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience to deliver exceptional results in the asphalt paving industry.
